Education is a basic right and not a privilege. But an even greater privilege is making it possible for men and women, young and old. Royal Princess Development will take adequate measures towards providing educational opportunities for all. RPD will direct efforts towards a coherent plan to integrate multi-faceted educational approaches to create an enabling atmosphere for motivation and learning.
2. VOCATIONAL
Adult education programs with vocational training, career counseling, and job placement services. Royal Princess will provide opportunities to develop peoples’ potentials, capabilities and boost their socio-economic status. Different vocational and educational techniques and strategies will be utilized to assist them in pursuing their dreams and making their dreams come true. Professional staff persons will be assigned to monitor all strategies to facilitate learning concepts and to evaluate progress.
3. ORPHANAGE HOME & CARE
Orphanage is an institution that provides care and affection to a child bereaved of both parents or abandoned by his or her parents. While sadness comes from the thought of beautiful children being abandoned by their parents, but joy comes as these children are being taken care of. Royal Princess strongly believes that all children deserve to love and to be loved. These children need feeding, protection, healthcare, and quality education. RPD plans to provide an orphanage to be able to provide necessary services for them in an atmosphere of love and respect.
RPD is determined to sow a seed of hope into the future of these innocent children.
4. PROVISION OF HOMELESS SHELTER
There are numerous reasons why people become displaced or homeless. Regardless of causation — whether domestic violence, relocation, job loss, separation or divorce, people, whether single man or woman need a place of safety called home. We all need a home-like atmosphere of love, care, and security in which families can rebuild their lives in a supportive community. There are hundreds of families who find themselves temporarily in need of shelter and support due to issues like violence, abuse, poverty, drug, death, illness, or crime. Royal Princess plans to provide shelter for the displaced or homeless, especially among African immigrants within and outside of their home countries.
Royal Princess plans to help these "at-risk" families achieve stable housing, job placement, and financial independence within a specific period. We will help strengthen family bonds and provide educational programs and other opportunities to help families in crisis. RPD will provide variety of services including case management, meals, activities of daily living skills, and job training. We intend to work with other agencies and professionals whose primary responsibility is to help at-risk families. The length of time devoted to individual cases depends on the needs of the specific individual or family.
During this time, our team of dedicated caseworkers and counselors will strengthen family bonds and help them stabilize their lives, thereby identifying areas where they can begin to make changes in their lifestyle.

Poverty remains the most pressing issue in the world today that is why Royal Princess intends to empower youths and adults with programs that gear towards self-sufficiency and economic independence. We will accomplish this goal through educational, vocational, job opportunities, and microfinance programs—which translate visions into practical action for the benefits of millions of people across cultures and civilizations. RPD is dedicated to combating poverty in all areas by fostering growth and social development to boost income and opportunities, improve living conditions and provide the basic services that abound in the western world. RPD plans to provide services designed to facilitate and encourage personal growth as we send them the message of hope for tomorrow's generation today.
Ultimately, we hope to break the vicious cycle of poverty through micro-credit finance services among the poor and the needy within the community we serve. Furthermore, RPD will put in place unique structures for sustainable economic development strategies to empower the youths and adults in all areas of their endeavors.
6. HEALTH CARE PROGRAMS
Royal Princess believes in both spiritual, health and physical well-being of our people. Part of our resources will be utilized in promoting better and affordable healthcare for all. We plan to help people improve their health through access to affordable healthcare by providing affordable healthcare referrals and counseling services designed to help promote the well-being of the individuals we serve.
Royal Princess will ensure appropriate information and resources are available for people to make informed decisions about their health, especially in the most critical area of HIV-AIDS. Due to the prevalence impact of AIDS on the global population, we believe that strong preventive measures via extensive educational resources provided to combat this deadly pandemic. RPD will collaborate with other agencies through concerted efforts towards campaign awareness, early intervention, treatment, and preventive programs through workshops and seminars.
